I’m searching for a room to rent.

Budget: R3000 to R4000 depending on what’s included and location.

Location: Preferably within 30 minutes driving range to the CBD, but I’m willing to compromise depending on the price.

Rent must include: Reliable, high speed Wi-Fi, Shower, Water and Electricity.

Things to know about me: I don’t drink, smoke or vape… I’m an online tutor who works from home. So I’ll be talking to my students on the laptop all afternoon.

Was unexpectedly evicted due to a family emergency. So I’m in urgent need of a room to move into immediately or by 1 July.

Please let me know if your house is suitable for me.
