Ideally, the monthly rent should be inclusive of all utilities — water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. A bit about me: I work a full-time 8-to-5 job and spend most weekdays at the office. I am only home on weekends and public holidays. I am a responsible, respectful, and tidy individual. I do not smoke and maintain a quiet, professional lifestyle. I am looking to move in at the beginning of May and am open to both short- and long-term rental options.
