Although I don’t have a stable job yet, I’m a responsible and reliable person who values a peaceful and well-maintained living space. I do have however have means to ensure I meet the monthly rent and utilities required and also willing to provide evidence to ensure credibility. I’m financially conscious and committed to meeting my share of expenses on time. I also keep common areas clean, respect personal space, and communicate openly to ensure a harmonious household. My easygoing nature and consideration for others make me a great roommate, whether you prefer a quiet environment or occasional friendly chats.
