Can’t commit to more than 3 months in advance right now. I might be able to stay much longer, but might need to move again in 3 months. I don’t know at this point. I am reasonably clean and neat, and would expect the same from any space shared with others. I am a vegan for ethical reasons, but I don’t force my choices on others. I would keep the noise that I make minimal (no loud music). I will cook for myself. I will be out of the house most of the day working. I just need somewhere safe to park the car, cook, sleep and study. I have no problem with roommates watching stuff in their own rooms, as long as the noise doesn’t travel into mine, but ANY TV in a shared area is a deal breaker. No smokers. No vaping in shared areas (your own room is fine).
