Hey, I’m Sherwin! I’m a 26-year-old clinical psychologist, and I’m looking for a team-up to start a house/flat share in Tokai or surrounding areas. I’m a quiet, independent guy who values cleanliness and order. I tend to keep to myself but am always friendly and respectful of others’ space.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, practicing mindfulness, and staying active. I’m focused on my goals, but I also enjoy balancing work with downtime. I’m financially responsible, and I’m looking for housemates who share similar values of peace and respect.

I’m hoping to find a place where the total rent is between R12,000 and R24,000, with my share being around R6,000 to R12 000. I’d like to move in closer to work to save time on commuting, and I’m excited to meet some new people and share a space with those who are easygoing and tidy.
