I’m excited about the opportunity to rent the room. I’m a responsible and respectful individual who values cleanliness and quiet living. I’ll be living with my younger brother, who is in Grade R, and occasionally hosting visits from my little sister (Grade 6) and other siblings.

We’re a close-knit family, and I ensure that my siblings respect the living space and follow household rules. I’m committed to being a considerate tenant, paying rent on time, and maintaining open communication with the landlord.
