I’m a waiter. I intend to rent out at The Falls where it’s situated close to my Job and has a lot of inclusive features, especially security.

I may consider other options as a secondary subject to availability and distance to Little Falls.

It would be ideal to have 2 roommates to help me rent in a 3 bedroom home to maximise on savings. Please have a minimum of R3000 and I’m willing to put down R5000 maximum for rent. The rest of my budget are reserve funds for electricity/Internet/food/emergency costs. I intend to move latest May if not April.

I mind my business and read books. We can draft a roommate agreement and I’ll honour that with the utmost respect.
