Mark

Mark values integrity, honesty, and responsibility. Because of his uncharacteristically strong sense of a “can-do” attitude and the positivity that follows it, he often finds himself surrounded by individuals with whom he can share life and encourage. Through his desire to see others reach their full potential, he can give of himself and enable others to recognize their strengths. His knack for creativity, coupled with his willingness to adventuring, has often lead him onto the path less traveled – an invaluable attribute learned through countless hours of gaming! Mark recognizes the value in constantly challenging himself in that it is a necessity to transcend traditional thinking patterns and understand both modern and future technologies.

Overall, I’m an easygoing individual, that’s single with no kids. I often find myself laughing with people at jokes I make. I work in the hospitality industry as a General Manager of a reputable restaurant chain. Naturally, this means I often come home around 10pm and often leave in the morning or afternoons, depending on the schedule I create for myself; this also includes me bringing home some tasty treats from work wink-wink

I am a smoker and recently switched over to vaping. I go out for a drink once or twice a month (if I have time). I like to live in a (and maintain) a clean environment and would prefer a home that is kept safe, clean, and neat.

I’m people’s person, an intellectual that’s not loud and obnoxious, and often like to read a book or listen to audio books outdoors or watch series/game/study in my room when at home. I fully understand and respect privacy and open to conversation and/or outings with housemates and befriending domesticated pets.

Preferably, I’d like to interview (and be interviewed by) housemates before making a descion to move in. I’ll be looking to stay for the next year or two.
