I’m a 44-year-old professional working remotely during normal business hours and I’m looking for a room in a shared home in Sea Point, Green Point, Three Anchor Bay, Mouille Point, De Waterkant, Gardens, Oranjezicht, Vredehoek, Tamboerskloof, Woodstock, Observatory, Zonnebloem, Walmer Estate, University Estate, Milnerton, or nearby areas.

A little about me: I’m warm, easy-going, considerate, and generally the type of person who believes that a happy home starts with mutual respect. I enjoy a good chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space. I’m pretty good at reading the room and knowing when someone feels like company and when they’d rather recharge.

I enjoy cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, especially with Asian-inspired dishes, so there will usually be something interesting bubbling away on the stove. Fair warning though: talking about food is one of my love languages.

I believe shared spaces work best when everyone is respectful, communicates openly, and does their part to create a comfortable living environment. I’m reliable, considerate, and easy to get along with.

I don’t have children or pets, don’t smoke, and live a fairly quiet lifestyle. I’m currently finding my feet in a new chapter of life and would love to find a home with good people, good energy, and a sense of ease.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place that includes WiFi, water, electricity, and preferably cleaning services.
