I’m a working Masters student so my schedule is quite busy. I have sober habits and would like to live with a like-minded person. I’m renting out a room in a newly built 2 bedroom apartment in Table view from March 1st. The Apartment is fully furnished except for the room I’m renting out (bring own bed). Secure parking available and I have an inverter so the TV and Wifi remain on during loadshedding. And a standing lamp if you have one😉. Rental (for the room and shared common areas) is R7500 - 8000pm including wifi, electricity, and water. Deposit is the same.
