I’m a singleton with a great love for community environments of many kinds. I do believe in neighbourly effort and a strong balanced lekker vibe but also spend a lot of time by myself or on my own. I work and study part time and uphold a strict clean and fresh approach on my surroundings. Not always tidy perhaps, but never more than a quick fix by a timely domestic interference at the very least. I also keep a strong hold on all privacy elements, factors and ethics and things and stuff and thus - even on the oddball chance of landing one - abide to all rules on opposite and mixed gender shared accommodation opportunities, too. I have a dog but he’s also independent so, quick stops, short visits or worst-case scenario an overnighter - no more. Ah, then there’s my SNORING! **caps intended SNORING WARNING!! Hahh, not even kidding!! Take awareness ‘cause I haven’t got the capital or casting feature in next season’s Botched to have it fixed… not yet :)
