Hi everyone. I’m relocating from Gqeberha to Cape Town to begin building my life and career as an attorney, and I’m looking for a safe, clean and quiet room to rent in Kenilworth or Bellville.
Budget: R3 000–R3 500 per month, including water and electricity
Move-in: Week of 17 August 2026
Rental: Month-to-month
Preference: My own room; sharing a bathroom is fine, provided there is a shower
Nothing fancy needed—just a basic, safe and comfortable place while I get settled and establish myself in Cape Town.
I’m a hardworking, driven and respectful person who takes pride in being honest, fair and responsible. I keep to myself, respect other people’s privacy and always pay my rent on time. I’m looking for respectful landlords/housemates who value the same.
