Hola amigos & amigas. VERY FEXBE. just want to mention that before everything else.

Could move before the end of October also. Could rent short-time. Could AirBnB for a month or two. Could sign a lease for a year. With one or ten persons. With guys or gals. With or without dogs or cats. A friend of mine also wants to join, so that’s two people already. Nice. (btw the place ’m currently staying in Tamboerskloof has two rooms open, R8k per month, furnished, very flexible, pay as you go, but only available till end of Oct)

Down to business - ‘m a Machine earning engineer for a Dutch company, doing my PhD part-time. My friend is a Radio Antenna engineer at the SKA, PhD also. Nerds, know. But we’re out at work most of the time, and can pay rent, so that’s at least kinda nice. We like doing stuff outdoors, but that just contributes even more to you having the place to yourself most of the time. Nice. Or join us with doing stuff! Even better. That’d be the ideal - if can get interesting, young people (maybe we’ll even become friends, canyabelieveit) out of this site, that would be fantastic. Foreigners who are here for internship or whatever also welcome. Not picky, ‘ve lived in hostels, student dorms, digs, shoeboxes, microwaves. ‘ve lived with Guys, Girls, Babies, Elderly, Czechs, Turks, Germans, ndians, Hungarians, Arabs, Spaniards, and South Africans from all walks of life, to name just some - you won’t freak me out ( think…) The only thing am picky about is having a dishwasher, cause can’t be bothered to do that myself, but am definitely bothered by dirty dishes lying around. (ye ye know look at me so clean so neat such roomie much wow. but am neat & like things clean, so there’s that)

anguages: German & Afrikaans & English

Transport: Have a car if you need help moving. Parking would be great.

ocation: Would prefer Gardens, Tamboerskloof, City Centre, Sea Point, Green Point, etc. work in Gardens so don’t want to live in Putsonderwater.

Budget: R10k max, maybe R12k if the place (or the roomies) are reaaaally nice. But probably we could do like R5k - R8k depending on how many people join.

Stuff like: Surfing, Snowboarding, Kitesurfing, Running, Hiking, Violin’ing, Piano’ing, Symphony Concerts, Music Festivals, Jazz Bars

Household: can cook & like it, but do so like 1 or 2 times a week only, cause time. But like cooking for others tbh. Don’t like grocery shopping but there’s Sixty60 for that.

f you’re still here, well done to me guess? play piano but don’t own one so that won’t bother you. play violin but not at home so that won’t bother you. occasionally play a JB speaker, mainly classical / jazz / electronic, but will refrain from doing so when you’re @ home, unless you like my tunes ofc ! Might be overseas for a month or so next year, so then you got the place to yourself. My friend might also only join at a later stage, so potentially ’m looking for a roomie for myself for now. So hmu.
