Rent amount is negotiable. I am moving down from Joburg, work from home and might pop into an office a couple of days in the week. I work for an international voluntourism group during the day, I am a holsitic wellnes practitioner part time. Love hiking, the beach and outdoor adventures, have 2 adorable cats and well trained dog who keep each other company. My ideal housemate would need to be an animal lover however, not have their own animals. I love quiet time and sunshine, fireside reading and sunbathing. Non-smoker and non-drinker. Up for the occasional social gathering at home and prefer home to be a sanctuary. I do have all the furniture I need. You would need to furnish your own room and maybe get your own sofa :) I would prefer a minimun 12 month lease in the right place (Southern Suburbs or Surrounding areas preferable and open to exploring a little further out) and with the right person. My ideal housemate will be someone who works in an office because I am home all day, is sober, non-smoker, neat and quiet, and ideally working on themselves. I am neat and considerate, and hope for the same from a housemate and would prefer domestic help too, at least twice a month. I am a home body in general and enjoy cooking. Some optimal features for a home would be a fireplace, lush enclosed garden, bathtub and shower (own bathrooms would be ideal), study, good security. Do we match?
