Allow me to introduce myself… I have a passion for people management, operations, and brand building.

My day-to-day: 1) Working remotely. 2) Managing a team of creatives. 2) Working closely with various departments such as Acquisition, CRM, Customer Service, Development, Product, SEO, Social Media, UI-UX, freelancers, and third-party clients, and reporting to the Head of Brand. 3) Editing and overseeing content from input to output. 4) Empowering my team to produce purposeful B2B and B2C content that follows our brand guidelines, that we curated and keep up to date. 5) Putting out fires calmly. 6) Proactively seeking solutions with a focused mindset. 7) Refine our (and the company’s) processes and procedures to satisfy client and customer needs while keeping my team happy 8) Fostering transparency within my team and offering them virtual spaces to discuss topics and contribute to decision-making.

My psychology background, coupled with my recent certification in Human Resource Management, has enhanced my people management skills and helped me better understand consumer behavior. With an innate desire to learn and inspire, and a diverse range of experience in advertising, brand building, CRM, and sales, I am a versatile and effective leader in the digital marketing industry.

Fostering a positive workplace culture is a top priority for me. As a creative at heart, I enjoy curating beautiful things and ‘spaces.’ I’m a dog and plant keeper who enjoys rock music, running (on and off), and sending long voice notes.
