- I’m tidy and organised, keeping my space clutter-free and respecting shared spaces is important to me. I prefer a furnished space including a bed and study desk (so I can set up comfortably). Location: Around Tygervalley, Durbanville or Bella Rosa Village (good access to transport, shops, etc) -Furnished (bed, study desk included) or at least furnished-friendly.
