I am an outdoorsy guy work from a shared office as I work remotely. I have a well trained collie cross called Kei. I would like to live within 10 minutes of Victoria Park, so South End, Walmer, Summerstrand, Humewood are first choices. Willing to consider St Georges, Mt Croix or nearby too. My ideal living environment would be a larger place with bedrooms on oppposite sides. A reasonable size garden and a nice kitchen.
I am looking for someone neat and tidy who is happy to share a space. It would be great if that person has a socialised dog for company for Kei. Ideally someone who is respectful of others space and constraints, but doesnt mind a braai or party at the house from time to time.
Would also consider renting in an established digs.
