I’m an Engineering student at Stellenbosch University, I’m looking into sharing an apartment or house with 1 or at most two other people. I’m a very chilled and easy going person, not too noisy but also not too quiet as well. And I also mind my own business and drink my H2O, I try not to cross boundaries with people and personal space. Id like to think of myself as clean and hygienic especially with common areas. Id preferably like to find a place in areas outside Stellenbosch but not too far as i am fully aware that my budget would not be suitable for stellenbosch and id like to team up with someone to start a lease for a place that would have us pay R2.5k each , im even willing to provide kitchen appliances and furnish the kitchen. Any 2 bedroom place, not more than 40-60 minutes outside stellies thats going to cost R5k at the most or R7.5K if theres 3 of us
