Room with a large wardrobe. Room and fit up to a king bed. The apartment is cosy. Living area, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Room is at the corner and right next to the washing line making it convenient for laundry. Good consumption on electricity. Kitchen has sufficient cupboard space for everyone.

2 young adults. Both working. All the bills are split in half. Mostly only both in the house during weekends. Otherwise, one works day shift and the other night shift. Hardly have any noise complaints. They pay everything on time.
