About the room
Complicated yet simple, I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and we’ve been sharing as 3 housemates in order to save money. Before that we were four, 2 in each room sharing rent equally. There’s a lady currently occupying one room and renting it for 3k. I need someone who has a single bed to come share the other room, rent at R1 600, any gender welcome. Apartment fully furnished and has parking space.
About the roomies
One of our housemate is relocating and I need a roommate in my room to split R3 500. The other room is being occupied by a lady paying 3k rent for it. We are clean, we are chilled, we are family with only one goal, to live comfortably while helping each other save money. Limited privacy but has worked for the last 2 years, Just cleanliness and Respect !!!
