Neat and decent down to earth 32 year old colored lady. Dont drink or smoke or play loud music. I have a 3 year old son whom goes away on weekends. I work Mon-fri and would like someone whom too can be described as decent and respectful. Previous housemate describes me as overly neat and trustworthy.
