Room is furnished with a new 3/4 bed but its big enough for a double if one feels they want a double in it. Plenty of cupboard space. Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment like oven/stove, air fryer, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave. and a seperate freezer for additional food. There is a study as well which can be utilised for office space. This is a ground floor flat with its own little garden and braai area..It has a little sun room too and unfortunately only has off street parking. Building is located by Diep River Station so its easy to travel as well.

I am a bachelor who is very social and friendly. I am very neat and love cooking so rest assure the smells of good food will always be floating around
