The flat: Amazing Lion’s Head views! 100m² flat with solid walls between two ensuite bedrooms so both are quiet and private. Beautiful common area with bespoke furnishings, an amazing kitchen opening onto a large terrace overlooking Lion’s Head. Additional, third, toilet for guests. Dishwasher, washing machine, uncapped 5G wifi, weekly cleaning, one secure covered parking bay.
Light is exceptional! Airy, minimalist vibe. Two minutes to the Promenade, with quick access to trail heads and running paths. Safe, well-established block. Second floor. Electric fencing, gated access.
About the roomies
