Room available at ObsCourt, for the remainder of an existing lease ending February 2027. The apartment is semi-furnished with couch, fridge washing machine and television. The amenities include rooftop access, rooftop braai area, pool and gym for residents. The apartment includes a parking bay for the applicant as well as a storage room (shared only with the flatmate).

The apartment will only be shared with one other person. I am a part-time student who cherishes peace and silence but is sociable with all types of individuals. I like to keep the apartment clean and respectful of privacy of others.
