The apartment is best suited to someone who values independence and a quieter, more private living environment. Everyone tends to keep to themselves, so there isn’t much of a communal or social atmosphere in the household. The other housemate lives with her son, so prospective occupants should be comfortable sharing a space with a small family. I’m moving out because I’ve accepted a new job in another city and will be relocating for work.
