About the room

This is a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area in a secured apartment estate. Based in Bramley, Sandton. The apartment is fully furnished, you just have to move in with things for your room. The room is quite spacious with a 3 door wardrobe.

Rent is R9650 a month excl utilities (devide that by 2). Electricity and water are metered though with water we are given a certain litres for free then once those litres are surpassed we are then charged. The place comes with WiFi.
