About the room

The place is called San ridge village and it is semi furnished. 1 bedroom is available for rental in a 2 bedroom apartment. You’ll need to bring your bed, crockery and cutlery. Curtains etc are sorted. You can come for a viewing at a suitable time. Electricity is excluded from the rent and we will split the cost. Water and WiFi are included and so are the property common facilities. A roomie with sober habits will be preferred. A roomie with a stable salary will also be preferred due to past experiences.

About the roomies

I work a standard 8 to 5 and I have sober habits. I love to keep a clean space and would like my roomie to be the same. Home is in Gauteng so I’m not always around especially on weekends.
