This amazing property with full sea views has two bedrooms and is ideal for a small family of max 3 people or two friends. The flat comes with a parking which is R300 pm. The lounge is spacious and light with the kitchen being large and comfortable. Loads of space for washing machine and for fridge. The bathroom is big and spacious too. The block is well run and has good security. A really good location behind Addington and close to spar. All in all, a great place to live.
