Majik Forest is just down the road, providing excellent walking, running, and cycling routes, while the area also features dams, green spaces, and scenic trails. A lifestyle centre with shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials is within walking distance, and Tyger Valley Centre and Virgin Active are only about 10 minutes away.

You’ll be sharing the house with just me and my cat, who likes to think she’s in charge. I’m a medical student, so my days are usually a mix of studying, coffee, and pretending I have my life together.

I’m easy-going, friendly, and enjoy a good balance between being social and having my own space. When I’m not studying, I’m probably binge-watching a series I had no intention of starting. I also have a habit of talking to myself a bit too much - my cat seems to share this trait and is never short of opinions.

I like keeping the house clean, comfortable, and respectful without being overly fussy. Ideally, I’m looking for a considerate, communicative housemate who values a relaxed and peaceful home. If you’re easy to get along with, tidy up after yourself, and don’t mind the occasional conversation with either me or the cat, we’ll probably get along great.
