A good sized room in a lovely apartment upstairs in my house in a security estate.

The apartment is fully furnished, has parking if needed and a separate entrance up the stairs.

You will share the apartment (which has one bathroom) with another female roomie in the other bedroom.

I live separately downstairs with my little dog and work from home.

All utilities are paid except for electricity which is prepaid for your own cost.

The apartment has a second bedroom which has been listed separately - and will be open to another female-only roomie.
