there is a room available in a 2-bedroom-apartment in Sea Point, from 1 July to 31 December 2026. The apartment is perfectly located, just a few minutes from the promenade, and has a nice backyard. It’s located in a safe apartment complex near coffee shops and supermarkets.

The monthly costs are R15k all in (water, electricity, wifi and cleaning). Only on street parking, but always easy to find.

You would be living together with a really nice couple - both 26 years old and working/out of the house a lot, but always to doing something together.
