Lovely sunny room available in a 3 bedroom apartment situated inside a small gated community in Paardevlei Square (couldn’t get the address right on the app). Communal spaces include the living room, kitchen, main bathroom and balcony.

You get a private bedroom with ample cupboard space, you can decorate it as you wish and you have free use of all communal areas.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic amenities as well as a dishwasher, ice machine and air fryer.

The apartment has fast uncapped WiFi and a lovely view of the communal pool from the balcony. The estate has 24/7 security.

You’ll be living with 3 other people. Your bathroom is shared with only 1 person (male). We are a 420 friendly group so ideally you’ll be someone who partakes or doesn’t mind our habits. We do have 2 adult cats. Your rent includes the cost of utilities, WiFi and communal groceries such as coffee, milk, sugar and cleaning supplies.

Three people already live here. Myself (30) and my husband (29)have the master bedroom with our own private bathroom. We like to play video games or tabletop games and partake in the devil’s lettuce.

The third person (also in his 30s) has been living with us since 2023, he likes to pursue fitness and creative hobbies and also gets baked on a regular basis. He’ll be sharing the main bathroom with you.
