La Rez, R4,800 rental amount, 1st July 2026/ end of June, Unfurnished.   Hi All, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room in a top floor two-bedroom unit in La Rez (see photos)(move out reason - relocating). The current second tenant is a lovely female PHD student.

Please note, the room is UNFURNISHED.  And the following would be required for a lease takeover:
