What attracts me most about the property is a well-maintained room, reliable utilities, and a friendly atmosphere. I also appreciate an area that is secure, accessible and close to shops or public transport.

I’m a respectful, responsible and easy-going person who values cleanliness, peace and good communication in a shared living space. I’m a Christian and I try to live by good values such as respect, honesty and consideration for others.

I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and I prefer a calm, clean and comfortable environment. Most of my time is spent focusing on work/studies and personal growth, so I’m generally quiet and mindful of other people’s space and privacy. I get along well with different kinds of people and I believe in maintaining a positive and drama-free atmosphere at home.
