hello everyone,

flat is located in upper woodstock. It’s the second floor of my house but it’s not a shared unit. It has its own private entrance and private balcony. You can’t see the flat from the street making it super private and safe. It’s a very spacious bachelor. It’s fully furnished but laundry is not included. If you want maid services it’s R400 per day whenever you would like to book. Water, electricity and uncapped Wi-Fi all included. There’s also aircon and Netflix included!

If you are looking for a very quiet peaceful place this is perfect place for you. 420 friendly outside only. Unfortunately no parties unless discussed and arranged.

This is ideal for quiet people / solo travellers / dedicated students or anyone who doesn’t like a lot of noise. It’s very peaceful all day long. Street parking . There’s a corner store next door. Walkable. Walking distance from spar. Walking distance from Woodstock pool. Super close to town making Ubers very affordable.

We do long stays up to October/ November.
