The house offers 9 stylish bedrooms designed for comfort, making it ideal for professionals, digital nomads, interns, remote workers, or anyone looking for a longer winter stay in Cape Town during June and July. Guests enjoy beautifully designed shared spaces, fast Wi-Fi, and a warm, welcoming environment with a balance of privacy and community.

Located just minutes from the Sea Point Promenade, cafés, restaurants, gyms, shops, and public transport routes, the guesthouse provides easy access to the city while still feeling calm and residential. The V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, and the Atlantic Seaboard are all nearby.

We are looking for a friendly and respectful mix of people who would enjoy spending the winter months living together in a boutique guesthouse environment. Most guests stay for several weeks or a couple of months, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere while still respecting everyone’s privacy and quiet time.

Last winter was a great success, with a mix of remote workers, young professionals, travellers, interns, and people temporarily relocating to Cape Town. Many guests appreciated the balance between community living and having their own comfortable private space.

We’re hoping to recreate the same warm and easygoing atmosphere this year — a place where people feel at home, enjoy the shared spaces, and respect the calm nature of the property and neighborhood.
