Hello, The place is close to alot of shops and a walking distance to Netcare Hospital.
The apartment is safe, with a nice community that’s willing to help when you in trouble. The place is ideal for someone who is looking for a permanent place while staying temporarily here or they can permanently stay here when my lease ends.
I am leasing the room thats fully furnished for a period of 3months (June till August)

About the roomies
I am just a girl who has decided to leave her workplace in CPT to focus on academics therefore I am always in Gauteng and my roomie is a student at SU , very down to earth ,neat and the place is always clean and homey.
We are both introverts but I will be moving out and leasing my room while she stays here till my lease expires.
