Hi all , room (unfurnished)available for rent in Jamestown Stellenbosch( 10 minutes away from Technopark) in a three bedroom house. The room shares a full bathroom with one other person and there is a guest toilet downstairs Preferably looking for another woman to share with the two other women in the house., but due to needing someone in on 1 June 2026 we would be welcome to anyone applying.

Person also needs to be okay with a dog living in the house as an unofficial housemate, Chucky is a small/medium sized dog and is really friendly. The rent is +/- R5200 (for the room) which includes the water and alarm costs. Electricity is prepaid and split between the housemates as well as the wifi cost is split evenly between the three of us. The lease will be for 6 months from the 1 June 2026.

The two roommates , including myself are both young working professionals , we mainly work at an office with the one roommate Simmy having a day or two she gets to work from home. We appreciate a clean and tidy home. The additional housemate is Chucky the dog who is friendly and enjoys all peoples company. The only thing if you bring your own dog we would have to do a meet and greet as its been 2 years since Chucky has lived with another dog. In general we would like someone who maybe is also working and loves to keep the common spaces neat and everyone is respectful.
