I am an artist/ ceramicist who also cooks for clients. A pretty indigenous garden and lovely neighbours. I have a reclusive cat. Would prefer a employed roomie, rather than a retired individual. I work from home & listen to podcasts & music, but the house will be quiet in the evenings. I do not possess a TV or an air fryer so if those are important to your life, you will need to bring your own.
