Completely private studio space with own entrance. Parking in a shared garage. Fully furnished & equipped so just move in. Garden space is shared.

Studio will be serviced a week, including your personal washing. Ironing will be an extra cost.

Reasonable electricity, water usage and WiFi are included. However Netflix, Disney, DSTv etc are for your own account & setup.

There’s a cat on the property.

This studio is best suited to a lady of clean habits (no smoking, vaping, drugs) who works out full time. If you smoke, vape or work from home, this is not the right place for you.

I live in the main house with my cat, Oscar. I have a compromised immune system, so can’t be near anyone with colds, flu or infection. Smokers and vapers please don’t apply.

I work from home, so the environment is tranquil and quiet, although can be busy with clients coming and going.
