So its R5250 a month at 8 Unie Lane Uniepark, Water, Electricity etc is included in the rent, pretty much fully furnished with everyting needed. So it comes with pool, braai area, 1 bathroom, even though its one spacious bedroom. Im out all the time studying, or with friends. So there is plenty of time by yourself if you need that. Its about 5 minutes bike ride from campus, its perfect because you close enough to everything on campus, but also far enough from all the noise and craziness.
