About the room
It is a spacious student house, with a great view of Table Mountain from the veranda. Situated walking distance from Cavendish shopping centre, the UCT Jammie shuttle and Claremont train station. Those of us with cars park them on the street outside.
The room is around 18m^2, super cosy and comfortable. There is a large built in wardrobe with hanger space included. Additionally the bed and desk will be staying behind, we can negotiate a little on the price.
All extra costs except for electricity are included in the rent. We have a solar geyser which keeps costs low in the summer months. Additionally, there is a cleaning service once a week which is included in the rent.
About the roomies
We’re 4 Jazz students (2F 2M) studying at UCT, although one of us will sadly be moving away to pursue other studies :/ We are a very social house, and enjoy movie nights, late night hangs, cooking/braaing together and the occasional house party/gathering.
