Family, friendly, quiet, accommodating, share if in need. we have CCTV and Alarm system fron and back of the complex. The complex was Rtaed best clean well kept complex by mayor ward 98. it has many peoples dream to stay here, but we are so united that people hardly move in and out. we live like we are one house with all the neighbors, there is no noise in the whole complex.

we don’t like people who move in and move out, we have people who stays 4 years, 10 years with no issues, the least stay in our house has been 2 years, moved for valid reasons, married and other ones started business of their own
