I am preferably looking for female tenants as I have a young daughter that stays with me on weekends House belonged to my late parents and I am currently fixing up the garden and house plenty renovations and great potential.

I live alone on the property I am a 40 year old single white male with 2 children I have every second weekend.I don’t often have guests over so house is very peaceful I work and travel often. I am private and respectful, I keep to myself but I am always available when you need to talk, I would like you to feel like your at home and comfortable and happy. If I am not working or with my kids I am busy doing something around the house. Rooms are not very big but suitable for a single mother an young child or opinion to take 2 rooms and can negotiate on price. Parking is a bit tight but will be extended soon
