I have a large room available in my townhouse apartment. It comes with its own bathroom + shower. The room is not furnished, although I have a single bed available, regret no mattress. I have a lock-up garage available. Internet is available at extra cost. All other services and facilities are included in the rent.

I live alone with my cat. It is a small complex consisting of only 5 units. Most of the day I’m at work, so if you want to work from home, you’ll have the place to yourself during the day. I don’t go out much, so most weekends I spend at home. The other people in the complex are friendly.
