Private room available in an apartment shared by me and my partner. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. We would be able to accommodate a child free individual, strictly South African. We drink and smoke, we hope you’ll be okay with that. The room is available for 6 months, with the possibility of extention. We operate on a first come first serve bases. Rental is R5750 which includes electricity and water. NO DEPOSIT The complex is 2 to 5 minutes walk to myciti bus stop

About the roomies

Two tenants currently living in the apartment, me and my partner. We welcome people who don’t have sober habits lol. Ideally, our flatmate is someone who takes care of their space and will not be problematic.
