Unfurnished bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment in Parklands Close to Morningside Spar. The apartment is in a gated complex on second floor. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom (bath with a shower) and the living room with me. NOTE: You will have your own lease agreement with the landlord, so your deposit and rental go directly to the owner of the property via her real estate agent.

I’m an engineering professional who spends most time at work during the week. I am a Sotho female. I don’t smoke nor drink alcohol. Peaceful and respectful. Weekends I go out to the beach, Church on Sundays, etc, or at times stay at home to rest. I’m looking for a female professional or student with sober habits, and who has respect and regard for other people, has Ubuntu and is peaceful to share the space with me.
