Good vibes all round in this peaceful and centrally located communal home a street away from Melville’s heartbeat on 7th street. Located upstairs, this room has a view towards Rosebank and is ideal for some harmonious time to write, study or reflect, and a comfy spot to rest your head after a night out. There is a shared pool and garden, as well as a secluded herb garden with a smoking and chilling space. To get to your room you go through a communal lounge, dining area and kitchen, then up the stairs where you will pass a small reading area with a microwave, kettle and fridge that you are welcome to use. The door to your room is next to a sunroom with a beautiful view of the city. Parking is available at an additional R500 a month.
