About the room
Safe secure furnished single room in a monitored quiet neighborhood. I could consider a monthly placement (or daily R450, weekly R1200 to be paid in advance). I am initially offering a place to rent short term or to pitch down weekly (for interim stay, students or business over night). I have kitties and I live in a spacious duplex. It’s a lovely home and it’s super quiet and serene. My electric is 50 a week and water is 50 every fortnight (females only please)
About the roomies
I rent my property and live on my own. I am easy going and live a busy lifestyle. I am alone on the property. The main house is family owned and my landlord’s family come to stay on occasion. The rent is exclusive of bills (electric and water) buy your own food, toiletries and laundry detergent. I have WiFi and Netflix.
