Spacious room available in my clean and well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a fully furnished large living room, kitchen, shared bathroom, and a private yard with additional space outside, wendy house for extra storage and 2 parking bays.

I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible individual, either a young professional or a focused student. This home would suit someone who is quiet, private, and values a peaceful living environment.

I’m also into jogging and working out, so it would be great to share the space with someone who’s into that lifestyle too, or at least appreciates it. Always good to motivate each other.

I’m looking to live with someone I can trust and get along with. While the space is generally calm and relaxed, I also enjoy having a good time now and then, whether that’s having a drink, watching football, or going out occasionally. If you enjoy that balance too, we’ll get along well.
